Now accepting new clients in Silver Spring and Takoma Park,
and online across Maryland.
Beginning counseling takes courage. From the moment you walk in you'll be met with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care.
We meet you where you are and walk alongside as you make sense of your experiences and discover what helps you move toward greater connection and self-understanding. Sometimes therapy begins with something small—a moment of feeling seen, understood, or a quiet sense that change is possible.

About the Glimmer Counseling & Art Therapy Collective
Glimmer Counseling & Art Therapy is a collaborative collective of independent therapists who share a common space and a vision for meaningful, creative, and relationship-centered care.
While we work alongside one another, each therapist operates their own private practice and maintains their own scheduling, fees, policies, and clinical services. When you reach out, you’ll connect directly with the therapist you choose.

Getting Started
Step 1. Schedule A Consultation
Choose a practice and schedule a 20-minute consult.
You’ll have a chance to share what brings you to therapy and ask questions to see if their style feels like a good fit
for you.
Step 2. Intake Session
A deeper conversation to understand your history, goals, and past therapy experiences, so we can create a plan that works for you.
Step 3. Weekly Counseling
55-minute sessions where we get to know each other, build trust, and take small, meaningful steps toward growth and lasting change.
